We specialize in mid-sized companies.  We are not typical business brokers or merger and acquisition (M&A) professionals.  We have worked as “typical” business brokers and understand the broad-based marketing required to be successful in that business.  We have MBA degrees and have worked in “typical” M&A organizations and understand the analysis, packaging and targeted, customized marketing required to be successful in the M&A sector.  We offer a deep understanding of the differences, and provide a blend of services:    

 

• We subscribe to both “broker” done-deal databases and “M&A” related databases.  It costs us more, but allows us to professionally value and support our mid-sized clients.
  
• Using our business broker experience, we market heavily on the Web, attract many high net worth buyers and treat them with professional respect.  We are known for handling high quality, multi-million dollar businesses, and many buyers have asked to be notified immediately of any new clients.
  
• Using our M&A experience, we prepare a sales prospectus and execute a targeted campaign to select companies and private equity groups.
