The Critical Management Meeting
There are two strategies you can take on management (buyer / seller) meetings. You can show up, answer questions about your company and hope for the best. Or you can spend some time strategizing about who you will be meeting with, what they are likely to care about, and tailoring your time with them appropriately. It is also important to remember this is your time to really vet them as a potential buyer and new “home” for your business.
